LR Q with set up

When I order my 60+ lbs of LR for my 55gal, can I get premium cured LR and have it be OK if I put it in while my tank is cycling?
Will everything die on those rocks? If so, why get premium and not base? If I get premium and stuff dies, will it ever grow back?
Will putting either cured or uncured LR in my tank while it's cycling kill the bacteria in my LS?
Is it better to just buy uncured LR, clean it up, let tank cycle, then add all the LS?
Do you need to skim during the cycle if you have LR?
Please try and answer all these qs.
I'm about to start up, and am gettng "cold feet"

no it wont kill your ls it will help it (add more stuff) if you use uncured it will take longer to cycle. yes pro. skim . you dont have to though i did not. i cycled in two weeks.it was not cured rock .
