LR Question

I have a 95gal FOWLR tank with a LN Butterfly, LMB, 2 clowns, 60hermits, 15 snails, and a cleaner shrimp. Currently I have 1/2in cc sand bed and 65lbs of LR. I would like to get more LR but I'm worried about killing all of my tanks inhabitants. I want to get the rest of the rock now so if I do have to take out the fish, I won't have to take out as many. Will I need to drain out a lot of water when I put in more rock? I plan on getting 10-15lbs at a time unless it would be better for me to get the 30lbs now. If i do have to take out the fish could I take 3 5 gallon buckets and in one bucket put the LMB and shrimp, in one the butterfly, and in the other one the 2 clowns. Thanks for all the help you guys have given me.

I'm by no means an expert on this, but from what i've read on here and other forums, if you get your LR from a LFS and its fully cured, you should be able to add it with out problems as long as its kept moist and not out of the water for very long. I added about 10lbs a couple weeks ago to my FOWLR tank and have seen no ill effects what so ever. It was fully cured at my lfs though.

There will be no problems adding live rock if you cure it in a container prior to adding it to the tank. There is a method for doing so in the "Archives" section of the message boards labled "Live Rock"
