LR Question

All, I can get some LR at a good price (Tonga (sp?)). The only problem is that I am about 3 weeks out from having my tank set up, maybe more. My question is, could I buy this, put it in a rubber trash can with Saltwater, Heater, and a PW, and keep it for awhile? Also, would a standard bulb on one of those reflector worklights from Home Depot work? How long do could I keep this for in that container?
Also, the location is about an hour away, how should I get this home? Keep it wet in Rubbermaids, or only damp in rubbermaids?

for transporting it a few hours all you need to do it keep it moist, so damp is fine.
as for storing it for 3 weeks i think you are fine. you dont need any lights unless you are going to try and start growing coraline, but you would need way more than that for light.

I think I am going to pull the trigger and do this. Just need to get the RO/DI set up and running to make water and buy salt, a PH, and heater.
