It just means that it's a little more on the rare side. Throw it on the grill for about 5 minutes then check it again....
Sorry, couldn't help it. I'm not sure if that is anything to worry about. I'm sure there are very few of us that intentionally break a piece of LR to see what it looks like on the inside. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but maybe someone else could shed some light on this.
