hi everyone
my question is how can you tell if your LR is dead?

Well, technically it is never alive. If you leave it out to dry in the sun for a couple weeks the bactreria in it will be pretty dead.

oh ok i was wondering because i have some white,purple,tanishgreen-ish,and the one i bought today has green and tan

Any color at all is good. That's various algae.
