I have lots of live rocks that house in few different container.
Question is.. I haven't really take care of it and sure everything is dead by now. I was thinking of taking it out of water and dry it out so it can remove all the green black stuff on it now. Then when i'm ready to set my tank back up I can put it back into my display tank.

This will be ok.
I would seed it with a piece of cured LR when setting up the tank. So that you get the benefit of the pods and good algae.

put it in a tote with a ph and a heater for a few days and check the water.
has it been in water?
if its been in water dont assume its all dead.
cure it and it will be nice lr.
no point in kiling some good stuff if it has it.

AAAH Actually, I just dry everything out yesterday.
Another question, how do I get them rocks clean clean?

A toothbrush works great for me when I need to clean any LR. Make sure it's a new one though
