Lump on head?

My flame angel is in hypo right now for an ich infestation and has developed a lump on it's head. The lump is right between it's eyes. It is still eating but gets very scared when I approach the tank. I cant find anything that it could be on any of the forums or anywhere else. Does anyone know what it could be?

Can you post a picture of the lump or describe what it looks like?

I can't get a pic because it goes in the pvc pipe if i go near the tank. The lump is just a raised spot between it's eyes that was not there previously. It has gone down since yesterday.

Could be. If it was just one spot that slowly shrunk in size rather than falling off completely I would not worry too much. Just keep an eye on it.
