lumps on false percs?

Both of my newly aquired false percs have very stringy white poo. They are in QT being treated with pipzine for internal parasites (been QT'd for 3 days, 2 treatments so far) Yesterday I noticed that one of them has 2 "lumps" on his side. The best way to describe them is, there seems to be something under his skin (parasite?) causing a raised lump. Almost like a pimple that is not quite ready to be popped. Sorry if that is gross visual, but that is the best way to describe it. I have tried to search for my answer with no luck. Hopefully someone can help me figure out what these lumps are, and will the pipzine take care of it? Are they just another symptom from the internal parasites that I know they have? Thanks

The food is brand new, New Life Spectrum marine pellets, so I don't think it could be the food? I filtered with carbon to remove the Pipzine, did a 50% water change, and treated with Jungle Fungus Clear, Here is the product I got :

It's all I could find in a pinch. Ingedients are, nitrofurazone, furazolidone, and potassium dichromate. Hopefully this will work, and I hope to see improvement.
These are their symptoms:
-white stringy poo
-2 raised lumps on 1, basically same color as skin, they are raised orange lumps, a little lighter colored at the tip.
-not very interested in food (1 of them ate 1 pellet today)
-seem to be breathing more rapidly than normal
-seem kind of lethargic, don't swim around too much
Thanks

Any input is welcome...I need to get these guys healthy. This is so frustrating because I searched for a couple weeks, and a couple hundred miles to try to find healthy false percs. All of them I found had some visible problem, until I found these guys. They looked healthy as could be, eating great, and were at the store for a good 3 weeks. Little did I know .......ERRRRRR!

Well, they seem much more active today. They were out swimming, and shaking against each other like clownfish do. They are also more interested in food today. Still saw a little stringy white feces, and the 1 still has 2 "pimples", but overall they seem to be improving. Hopefully the fungus clear is working, seems like it.
