I think if they are bright enough you will begin to notice unwanted algae blooms and personally think corals and fish need a break from light. Lunars are supposed to simulate moon but moon doesn't shine every night.

I leave mine on 24/7 no problems. They aren't bright enough to cause any unwanted algae, they are 1w each at most.

Can you explain actinic vs lunar vs. day time lighting.
I have left my lights on 24/7
day lights from 10-6
actinic 8a to 8p
lunar8p-8a
Getting bad brown algae.
Tonight i shut off all day time lights and actinic. Good or bad idea

first off do run FOWLR or reef
as for the alge so how old is ur tank
do u have a clean up crew
is it near a window
because it dosent seam to me like ur running ur lights for too long
from what i know actinic are mostly for estetics to make ur fish colors pop and to promote zooxanthellae alge groth for for photosynthetic corals and inverts and replicates deep water wavelengths but should be run with day lights at the same time
daylights self explanitory so u can see ur fish clearly
lunar lights replicates the moonlight wavelenghts
