Lunare wrasse?

I got a Lunare wrasse this weekend. Within an hour, he ate one of my snails. shouldI get rid of him before he eats all my inverts? Are they known for eating inverts?

If you have a reef, yes get rid of him... inverts are their main diet. Impulse buy?

Yeah, impulse buy kind of, a little mis-informed also. I'll give him back to my LFS store.

eat inverts and harrass smaller or less aggressive fish relentlessly. lunare wrasse aka lunatic wrasse. they dont bother corals but need to be kept with triggers, groupers, eels, large aggressive tangs ect. should be added last. they get pretty darn chunky/big too.

i had a thread about these guys a while back..and im glad i did because i almost bought 1..til i learned from the nice people on here that they get wayy to big to be kept in my system....cool looking fish tho!
