what is the best way to get rid of this and does it spread to other fish? NONE of my fish have it im just want to learn about things.

Lymph is not a contagious condition.
It is an environmental problem. The causes are usually:
-poor water quality
-poor nutrition
-lack of vitamins
-stray current in the aquarium
If you maintain your tank the right way and feed your fish very well, you have little to nothing to worry about.

Absolutely
Lymphocystis is a viral infection, similar to a person getting a bad cold. If their immune system is high and the tank levels are on then their is little chance that your fish will get lymph.

disease and treatment. You are sent by GOD, thanks a lot! I'm having problem myself about this fish ich. i notice some of my fish are rubbing themselves to rocks ang sand.very informative and heplful!
