i used crushed coral and the portland cement they turned out pretty good but they are still soaking in the fresh water..i'll post pics after done ..the first couple did look like crap lol but after a couple tries they look really good

Portland type one and two can be found at home depot for 8-9 dollars for a 100 pound bag and agrocrete sand can be bought from drs. foster/smith or marine depot for cheap. Im making alot of pices now, three dimension is def. the hardest but coolest looking.

Wouldn't mixing cement so its kinda dry work? It'll keep it's form and won't crumble!!! You'd have to work fast but if its dryer i'll stay in form

If anyone wants to try just a few small pieces, you can actually cure it in the tank of your toilet! Yes I said toilet! It will get flushed with fresh water several times a day depending on your own personal requirments. he he. Just make sure it is put in the tank and not the bowl! If your a multi toilet FAM, you can have even more curing space.
