Some of the best rock I have seen come from here lots of hitchhikers full of life lots of purple orange has sponges corals all sorts of things. I've bought all kinds of rock from different regions of the world and this stuff is my favorite and at under 2 bucks a pound you cant beat it anywhere. Normal carribean rock sells for 5-7 a pound. If you go to sarasota and snorkle under the skyway bridge you can find ANYTHING corals,rocks,astrea snails,starfish,hermits you name it its there and as long as the coral is not on a rock its fair game.

Personally, I just haven't seen that good of stuff come out of that area, and those that have posted that did, usually come back posting about "bad" hitchhikers that have messed up their tanks. But it sounds like you know what you are doing, verses those that just go out diving and bring back anything they see.
