They do rock ...don't they!!!
In a 55 that might be her best bet IMO. I love the look of that fish..mine almost glows...beautiful fish. I wouldn't go with a hawkfish or a marine betta though..they will eat other occupants...that would be some expensive meals.
Mine is slightly agressive..he's the boss of my tank and trys to boss the other fish..including the tangs! Just wait until they get bigger though. lol...

i don't see how a flame angel is a main attraction... it is so fast and always in the back of the tank... i guess i just think of a main attraction as a slower moving fish that is always in the front..

IMO..... I dont find a Marine Betta to be a very attractive fish. Unique looking yes, but not the prettiest fish out there. My flame hawkfish doesnt bother anybody. And he deffinetly has stole the show in my 65. A coral beauty is a nice fish.

I also really like the flame angel, but I won't pay the price for it (minimum of $50 in my area). We have an Eibli angel that is a real ham, in all of my pictures that I take and surprisingly colorful with the blue outline around the tailfin, the yellow around the eyes, and the red stripes down the body. So far, he is my favorite fish that we have.
Another idea would be a longnose butterfly, they are neat (though I have been told that they will eventually outgrow a 55...I need to upgrade!!!YEAY)

i dont know if i would say NO in a 55 but definatly the black and white henichous or any henichous for tht matter
as far as the hawkfish.. hes they dont have a swim blatter from what i was told so they dont swim alot and will be out alot.
it seems to me tht it is over rated for them being aggressive..i dont know this just a thought from what im reading.
i wanteed n angel but i had one and it passed away so i am not going to buy another one so i cont have to loose 30-50 bux..

the henichous butterfly fish needs at least a 100-125 i believe and are a schooling fish. it is bad to put them in small tanks bcs i have heard of them getting aggressive in a small tank.
