Majano problem

So I think I have a majano problem. I was originally told they weren't a pest anemone, but recently was reading that they are a pest. What is the best way to get rid of them without harming the rest of my rock life? I actually really like the way they look, but if they are bad then i want to hurry and curb the problem.
Thanks for the advice!

Peppermint shrimp will not do a thing for majano anemones. Smother them in Aiptasia-X, pluck them out, epoxy them in, those are some methods that might work. I used a Bristletail Filefish to get rid of mine, but they're hit or miss, and as soon as all the majano and aiptasia was gone, he turned to my zoanthid colonies, acans and SPS polyps.

I have 2 peppermint shrimp, and they don't touch them. I also have a skunk shrimp, 2 emerald crabs, a maroon clown, and various little hermits & snails

I had the same experience. My bristletail filefish cleaned up the majano like a champ. Then devastated a colony of Zoa's, nearly killed my Duncan's, roughed up my monti cap and harassed one of my leathers so bad that it was withdrawn for a month. Then i had to tear all the live rock and corals out of my tank to catch and remove him.
Aiptasia-X works ok on aiptasia, but it only annoyed the majano's that i had. Joe's Juice worked much better on them.
