Major Mess

Just Had my green tip bubble get sucked up in one of my power heads!!!!!!!! Has any one had one survive after such an event. Had to cut part of it out to get him free. I put him in a isolation bin to see what happens. Will they heal themselves or just die? Anyone with any info please help. :help: :help: :help:

I've had a condi anemone get sucked up into the powerhead before. I know this sounds callous, but since they are only $9 at my lfs I discarded it rather than risk the integrity of the tank. I encourage you to judge the cost of your anemone vs everything else in the tank.
That being said, whatever your choice is, run carbon....lots of carbon. This will help suck up all the poisons and chemicals released while the anemone was traumatized. A 10-20% water change wont hurt either.
