Good morning all...
I just aquired 8 6X6X1/2in sheets of tempered glass that I would like to use to build a tank for a pair of bambo sharks. My problem is that I dont know the first thing about load calculation on the glass ie. how much pressure it will withstand. how big can I really go with this useing what i've got? Any help would be great.

Just don't make it more than 24" deep and you'll be fine (assuming your seals are good). I don't know what good most of the glass sheets will be for you because I don't believe you can cut them.
I would suggest a pair of braces along the top of each 6' span of glass perpendicular to the panel. With a 6' square your bracing should look like a tic-tac-toe figure.
4" Euro bracing around the top perimeter would also work.

Thanks Guy... I've spoke with a glazer and he is going to take a look at them and give me a quote on cutting them, I just had to have some better info for him... Again Thanks.
