Making a sump?

I am thinking about making my own sump in the next couple of months. I have seen some designs I like, I want to make it out of acrilyic. I have a tablesaw and a router and other basic wood working tools like sanders etc. Does any one know of any other tools I might need, what kind of blade should i use in my tablesaw? Also what type of glue/silicone should I use and where can I get it (@ my local hardware sore?)? And any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated, also any more designs.

Yea I have I got alot of great ideas, I was just looking for more.

I made mine out of glass and just modified one of his to suit my needs, it is similiar to his type F. It was actually quite easy, but if I built another one it would look way better because now I know what not to do with silicone

Did you use all glass or a combination of both.
I would like to here some expriances and ideas from some people that have built there own, preferably out of accrilic.
