Well, he might gobble down your fingers...after consuming almost all inverts in my tank and learning alot about my star I've had for the past year...we have to part with him...he needs a new home...a fowlr only tank with a deep sand bed is best. We feed him big peices of shrimp, squid, and clam. He is very easy to target feed. I prefer local pickup, but I would ship overnight...but I would make no gaurantee on his survival since stars are very delicate in shipping...I would definitely acclimate him for 3 or 4 hours....we keep are tank at 1.026 and at 80 degrees.

My lfs did not want him b/c they didn't have a fowlr tank with a deep sand bed to house him...and I don't have the money or room to make a folwr tank for now.
I will also trade him for some awesome coral...I like zoas and lps corals
My LFS would sell him for $50.00
