Mantis Bottle Trap, does it work?

I bought some LR today, and Mayweather aka Mantis came with it. I am pretty sure its one of them. I did some search and found the bottle trap. I put 3 of them, i want to catch it ASAP. I took all the fish out, but couldn't take out the inverts. How much food do i need to put in every bottle? and for how long, day or night, do I have to keep the traps in the tank? Please need advice, I never had to deal with this type of adversary.

Update: I think he is too small for the bait in the trap and he didn't went in or escaped. But I got a look at him this morning and I grabbed him!!! look at this lil guy
