Many things for sale in PA, tanks, lights, etc

I have many items for sale in PA, not sure I want to ship at this point, initially looking for interested local pickup buyers first. I had too many tanks running at one time, so I've simplified things a bit.
Everything here was purchased no further back than January and used less than 3 months, so it is all in excellent condition.
Tanks:
20L tank w/ perfecto stand, black - $40
29g tank w/ perfecto stand, black - $40
Lighting:
30" Sundial T5HO 4x24watt lighting fixture - $145 - Integrated timers, moonlights, 2 daylight and 2 actinics, all in all, the Sundials rock, imo.
Powerheads:
2 Maxi-Jet MJ-900s - $8 each
2 Maxi-Jet MJ-400s - $5 each
Heaters:
1 Visitherm 100w - $8
1 Visitherm 75w - $7
HOB filters:
1 Penguin 350 - $10
2 Penguin 150s - $8 each
The 20L has some sand in it still, it was originally dry sand and would be great starting sand if it's rinsed a bit before use. There is also a FREE unused 10g tank (was originally going to make a sump for the frag tank) and FREE Magfloat for up to 30g tanks with the first purchase of a tank/stand combo. I'll also be happy to mix-n-match for a cheaper purchase if anyone is interested in building an entire setup with the above items.

It really depends on the temperature variance. There are charts out there that show "X size and X temp difference from ambient room temp", but I'd say in most environments it will work up to 30g as the only heater.
You could take the double route too and use two smaller ones in place of one larger one. For example, I used to have a 55g and it had a 200w heater in it, but best practice is to have 2 100w heaters instead so that there's not one single point of failure with the temp. In that case, I'd say you could use a 100w with another heater to equal the temp needed for whatever size tank you have. With another 100w, you could probably get by on a 65g, but the best would be up to a 55g.
