Marine Betta Sick?

As you can see its tail is missing pieces. And it's covered in white spots! I need major help. It was not the cheapest thing. Idk what happened to it. Yesterday it wasn't covered in white spots and its tail was fine. I think it's tail ripped up was from a coral beauty angel I had.. Which is gone now. So can someone please help me?!?!

I assume you mean white spots in addition to the spots the fish have naturally? Hard to see much from the pictures.
Is it ich?

It does have ich but it's tail is getting better but now it's eyes are very cloudy. What do I do now Beth?

I don't think it's going to make it because it is laying on its side. Idk what I can do

Cloudy eyes are a symptom of ich. So is deteriorating fins.
Is this fish in a tank with other fish? If so, all fish will need treatment. Are you familiar with hyposalinity?
