marine epoxy question

I've heard people using marine epoxy to glue their rocks together.
How do I apply this, do I have to take the LR out of the water, and set it up that way? Is there an easy way?

anyone? Description on the websites of this product is very vague on whether it can be put together under water or I have to take the rocks/corals out first. I would like to know before I go out and buy this stuff

I used the hold fast epoxy to mount some zoo frags that were already attached to rock rubble. First I just took of a little chunk knead it until turns white, then attached underwater. Worked good. Just make sure you place the epoxy on porous spots on the rock so it will hold.

ah, so you can put it under water.
this would be perfect because some of my mushrooms attached to shells, lol

I've used Aquastik epoxy and it works good. It can be applied under water.
