I bought this stuff last week- I was told to keep it in the freezer and feed it 2x a week with 1 squirt from the bottle.
what does anything?

Much like DT's PhytoPlankton it is a good food source for the system...especially the lower levels of the food column and filter feeders. I've never used anything but DT's...but there are numerous products available that can be of benefit.

what is the difference btwn the marine plankton that I bought for $17 and must be stored in the freezer verses the huge bottle of phytoplex that I buy for $20?

Are you sure it's supposed to go in the freezer rather than the fridge? Most live phytoplankton you leave in the fridge.

ok, i have never used plankton in my quarium...do i need to? What actually eats it?
I use a cycle of formula one froze, brine shrimp frozen and flake...is that a good cycle of feeding?
