I have a beautiful coral reef tank, 150 gallons, and have constantly used Coralife Marine Salt. Has anyone had better success with any other type? Are there better types out there or are they all just about the same?
Just curious. Would sure like to use the best for the tank.....
Thanks for any suggestions or thoughts.

I use Tropic Marin Pro and have never had a problem in 1.5 years, but really this is a topic where you are going to get all sorts of different answers.

I've tried alot of different salts from Coralife, Instant Ocean, Seachem, Oceanic, ReefCrystals, RedSea, Tropic Marin Pro, but have always come back to ReefCrystals......Some salts just work better on different systems.....Each tank is totally different....

I totally agree. I love Oceanic, and I hear a bunch of people have problems with it.

Oceanic for me. I started out using IO, but wasn't getting much in my tank with the calcium levels. Since switching, my calcium has definitely improved from 360 to 420 and staying steady. I'm sticking with Oceanic...much better results in my book.

Red sea coral pro, for about 8 months. Every time I test its at 450. Works well for me, and the price is nice.
