marine velvet disease

Help!
I have marine velvet disease. In the past I have battled ich and a few other things through the years- but this is my first time with marine velevet disease. Does anyone know a sure fire cure for this new pest?! I know I have successfully used hyposalinity for ich in the past- does this work for marine velvet too??
Any advice would be much appreciated! Thanks!!

I don't know about treating diseases with hyposalinity, when my fish get sick, i usually go to the pet store and pick up a medicine that has the systoms on the box and use that to treat my sick fish. Thats the best I can do, sorry that its not great!
