I have a Tidepool 2.....haven't hooked it up yet, but I think it will work very nicely for a fish only tank because fish create a lot of waste products, and the Tidepool has three hudge media drawers....never seen so much room for media in my life. I am going to fill one tray with Biochem Stars for extra wet/dry filtration, use one tray for the gravely type media....maybe Biochemzorb, or plain carbon, and a few little phosphate sponge rocks (will place all these in a large media bag), and in the top one I will place a couple layers of floss type media and maybe a microfine type filter pad. So nice that these have large pull out drawers that you don't have to stop the filter to change unless you want to. Then there is the biowheel....don't know if it is enough alone so I am using the Biochem stars for extra wet/dry filtration. I will let you know is a couple of weeks when it is set up what I think of it then. Lesley
