Maroon Clown has been attacked.

Hi all,
Just got home and my small maroon clown has been harrased by my 6 line wrasse and my bigger maroon clown. They have been tanks mates for over a year. I managed to catch the little guy and have him in a small HOT container. Any clue what may have changed?

I am fighting a break out of cyanobacteria right now, but that's a different story.

Maroons get very agressive as they get mature. I know from experience with mine. I know they are the hardest clown to get a mated pair.They say the bigger most of the time will beat the smaller to death!!!maybe they are just getting older.How big is your tank?Maybe move the rock work around and reintroduce the maroon.

Misfit, Thanks for the response. I guess that is what has happened. It's 75g tank and I had just recently rearranged some rock. On a sad note the little clown died. Anyway Thanks again.
