I have had my white stripe maroon clown for over 3 years now he hasnt grown very much but is very healthy. What I have noticed of late is his white stripes are turning yellow and I would like to know if this is common. I do not remember reading anything about this, someone please comment.

I'm concerened that he hasn't grown much in 3 years. What size tank is he in and what types of food do you feed?

I've seen maroons with yellowish strips for sale, I personal never owned maroon. Dose the cinnamon pick on the maroon? I thought maybe the food had something to do with it, but you are providing a good diet. My Ocellaris clowns one is darker than the other, so colors will very among same species are common.

Very rarely will the two clowns fight the maroon, even though hi is less than half the size of the cinnamon will stand his ground and is actually quiet a bit more aggressive. if you would like to see videos of my tank on you tube go to doujohnson, some of the videos are old my corals are much more advanced and I have many more sps such as monti's and acro's. I need to post a new video soon. If you check it out leave a comment so I will know you have been there. I also build lasers so there are several laser videos there as well.
