Well, there isn't a good way to do so.
But from my reading and researching you can try add a small and a large. You have 25% chance of making a pair. What is the result of 75%(will die, or get along), hhmm I don't know, let's see the expert say
2 Male (25%)
2 Female (25%)
1 Large male & 1 small female (25%)
1 Large female & 1 small male (25%) <---- this is what you are looking for.

if you get two at the same time and put them in they will probably be fine. the larger more dominant one, if it is a male, will change sexes to female and the smaller one will turn to a male. if you already have an established one in the tank, i wouldnt try it. bo

i tried adding another clown in with mine and he tried to kill the new sebae clown soon as he hit the water.Thats why i picked my marroon clown i like him the best out of the clowns,if there wasnt a war i would put different clowns in my tank but i know what would happen.

i bought 2 maroon clowns a while ago, and after they get into my tank 2 or 3 days, they seem ok, after that, they fight the crap out of each other, and hehe, both lost of their fins, and tails, so i got to separate them.

I have two Maroon clowns, purchased at seperate times and they are doing great. maybe I am just lucky. :)
I had the female for about 6 months and she lost her mate. I waited for about 2 months for the LFS to get a small one in. It is maroon gold stripe. As soon as I put him the big one (Female) checked him out. My damsel went after him and here came the female clown after the damsel. The damsel won't even look at the little maroon gold stripe now. :D They have been together about 6 months and they are always with each other.

It worked for me, but from what other people are saying is that you should add them at the same time. I know it usually to mix clowns.
Just to be safe I would add at the same time or if you already have one, then make sure their is a big size diffrence in the one you are purchasing then one you already have.
Hope this helps.
