Can you post some pictures of this saltwater pool of yours? I'm sure that I'm not the only one who really wants to see this! Oh, welcome to the board also :)

Great, can't wait!
So you're having a problem finding larger marine sharks.... :) I can add you to my list of future donor homes!

Yes this pool is for real. I spent a lot of time and money to design the exact system to house sharks. I used my experiences from my public aquarium work along with my years of aquarium and pond installation to create my baby. It was as much a labor of love as anything and I am very proud of the results which you all will see. As anyone dedicated enough to belong to this board knows it is everyone's intent to create the best possible habitat for their animals as they can. For me this was to spend the time and money to make such a large pool. If I could I would do it again or even go larger, but since I actually have to live in my house I'll have to pass on a larger design.
Thanks for the welcome to the boards!

That is so great. I want to see pix. What do you have in the tank? A saltwater "pool". I should start saving my money now.

Hello all, just to let you know that I will be uploading some of my favorite photos of the pool later today. I had attempted yesterday but they were a bit too large.
Presently there is a small school of Atlantic Blue Tangs (3), some mummichogs (mud minnows for the southerns), and a fairly large oyster toadfish. The toadfish will be coming out as soon as sharks go in. Believe me to do a pool this large is expensive but absolutely worth it!
If anyone is interested in a full set of photos, please feel free to drop me an email and I'll send the series along. I will warn you the series is fairly long as it documents the pool from initial layout to final decorative finishing. So just let me know how much you want to see and I'll be gald to send them along.
