Metal Halide Bulbs

I am thinking about buying a Jebo 2007 model Metal Halide light with 2x175 watt MH HQI 20,000k, 2x54 watt T5 10,000k, and 6 lunar lights for $300. Would I be able to change the MH bulbs to 2x250 watt 10,000k and the T5 bulbs to actinic or can they only be replaced with the same wattage bulbs? Also, is this a good light? I am trying to get high watts with less money. I have a 55 gal. tank and at 5 watts per gal. I would be at 275 watts, but I figured the more the better.
Thanks for anyone's response. It is good to be able to have a site such as this where people can discuss a hobby we enjoy and get feedback from others more experienced.

IMO that setup would probably be perfect for a 55 as is but that is just me. :)
For MH the ballast and bulb are at a matched wattage. A 175 fixture/ballast will only run 175 bulbs. On the T5 side, as long as the watts and length are the same you can swap in any t5 bulb you want.
Oh and 2x175 + 2x54 = 458watts. Plenty for that tank.

IMO, if you want to have more light with less money, building your own canopy is the way to go, so you can spend the money right on the actual electrical components.
The Jebo units are a very good way to spend a little money on a "lot of watts" but the quality is indicative of what you spend.
Lots of people use the Oddysea/Jebo units with NO problems, but some have had real issues.
I will warn you, be sure to buy a BRAND NEW Jebo system. The older models had serious fire safety issues, but they've resolved it in the new stuff.
Hey, where abouts in Atlanta are you? I'm in Cumming off 400 Exit 12 (McFarland).

Hi J_F,
Where did you find that Jebo Mtl Halide light for $300?
If it's online, would you share the website info with me?
Thank you much,
BT
