metal halide bulbs

Can you buy metal halide bulbs from any where or do they have to be specifically made for aquariums?
this is what i had in mind

Would this work? and What kind of K rating would these be?

AN AQUARIUM OUTLET OR STORE.
YOUR LOOKING FOR A 6500K BULB
AT BEAR MINIMUM. 10000K IS A NICE
BLUE WHITE COLOR. CAN'T BUY THIS
AT THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE.

Yeah i read alittle more and realized that most at stores are around 45000k or less.
