Hi everyone. I just picked up a 20 long for a coral prop tank. Since I thought a 400w metal halide would be a bit much, I am looking to trade it.
A quick note* The metal halide is functional. However, it does not always fire on it's own. Sometimes it requires a quick jolt and fires right up . I suppose I could go through and re-wire it, but I never put it on one of my tanks, so I didn't bother.
the light is a pendant with a Magnatek balast. It also containes 2 compact flourescents ( forget the wattage off hand).
The light would make a great addition to someone looking for an upgrade.
What i'm looking for: the prop tank is a 20long, and I have a wet dry filter of roughly the same size. So, I would be interested in a flourescent system (compact or vho) with decent power. Doesn't have to be anything great, just functional! If you could hook me up with some live rock rubble, that would be a bonus! PM me or email me at RSWrestler@aol.com if you're interested!
