Nope, sorry.
Pulse start ballasts have an extra "tap" on the ballast coil to feed the ignitor. It's not just a probe start ballast with an ignitor spliced on.
You'll need to replace your entire ballast with an ANSI M137 ballast. More than likely the whole works will fit into the hamilton enclosure though, you may just have to do a little drill-n-save to make the ignitor fit securely, but it sounds like you were going to do that anyway.
