Is AquaCool 14K good? 14K is a blue tint right? Anyone have pic's of there tanks under 14K bulbs?

So 14K is Blue but not to blue? Blue helps coraline growth right?

What are you light setups?? Do you use VHO's for a dawn to dusk affect of do you use pc lighting?

I also have an MH question. How do you tell when your MH needs to be changed. We bought our setup used, so do I wait till they burnout or is there a way to look at them and know when to change them? Also, what type and wattage should i get for a 125 gal reef tank (it's about 6' x 24x24)? The setup is 2 MH and 2 flouresents (1 blue & 1 white).

i have 2-10k mh's with 2-t5 antinic's. This puts off a nice white with a blue tint. The mh bulbs i use are reef grow and they are german made bulbs. Also i have a three way timer for my lights. In the morning the t5's come onand then two hours later the mh's come on. In the evening the mh's turn off then 2 hours later the t5's. When the t5's turn off moon lights kick on for the night. Before i got the timer this was a pain but now it is great and i love the setup.

Can I see a pic of your tank? Im trying to find a color that I like. I want blue but not dark blue.
