MH Canopy ?

Ok after much consideration. I am going to build a canopy to add a 175w MH with 2 95w VHO. My question is before I start this project. How many fans should I run 2 or 4? Also do you think I will need a chiller? And if so I think I may have to wait on the MH because chillers are not cheap. But until then I will run 6 95w VHO. I will build my canopy 12" high in preparation. Would a 175w 10000K MH with 2 95w VHO URI super actinic be plenty of light on my 45 Gallon which is 36 x 12 x 14? Sorry so long. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys thanks for the suggestions. I already have the VHO I am just going to purchase the MH. I am going to purchase a PFO MH retro with bulb, ballast, and reflector from my LFS in Seattle. My tank is only 36" long do you think I still need 2 175 MH. Thanks Again.
