MH halide bulbs....

I just put a 10k on the left side of my tank and have both middle and right with 12k Reeflux. Man the 10k are so ugly and yellowish, I put that on the left for my SPS to see if I can get better and fast growth....Trying to compare both sides.......Any suggestion on how to better the color? I have a tek T5 retrofit with 2 blue bulbs, but didnt put it yet, do you think it will help the yellowish?

YUP, Blue will offset the true 10Ks.

I'm struggling with the same thing. I want to get 10K b/c I've heard they last longer then the 20K's but I like the blue color. So I'm going to get a T5 retofit kit that will hopefully give the tank a bluer color.
Will (2)39watt actinic bulbs help give (2)150watt MH HQI fixtures a more bluer look? Or will the tank essentially look white?
Or should I go with a 14K bulb (I really don't want to get a 14K bulb-I'd rather the 10K)? I definitely don't want a 20K bulb b/c that one will definitely not last long!
