MH Lamp keeps shutting off. Ideas?

I have 2 - 250w 10k MH's running. They are running off electronic ballasts, with Ushio bulbs.
One of them keeps shutting off. It had happened once before, and the ground wire was the culprit. Hadn't happened in a long time after I fixed that.
Recently, it started doing it again. The screw for the ground wire was somewhat stripped, so I replaced it. It now has a nice tight grip on the ground wire. I made sure the bulb was nice and tight in the socket as well. Still happening...
Any ideas as to what is causing this?

Ushio bulbs will do this . thay will fire and stay on when they burn in

Only one of them does it. The other has no problem. Bulbs have been in use since mid-summer. How long does it take to burn them in?

Not recently. I did that when this first happened, but that is as good a place as any to start troubleshooting now. I'll try that...

Tried that last night, and it still happened...so either it is the wiring, or the ballast, right? I hope it isn't the ballast...

I bought this ballast over the summer from him. I just contacted him, and he agreed to exchange it for me.
