MH on 33 gallon

Would 150 watts of MH on a 33 gallon tank be overkill? I found a really good deal on a fixture but I don't want to fry my tank.

This is what it is, does anyone know if it is any good? Also, is there a difference between MH and HQI. Ive been told yes, and Ive been told no, so which is it? Thanks!

I've got a 150 watt HQI over my 29 gallon tank along w/ 2 x 65 watt actinics.
It works like a charm, definitely not overkill. Just be sure you keep a fan on it or hang it high enough that it wont heat soak your tank. (or both)
