I use CoraVue 20,000K HQI Double Ended.
Love it...corals....makes them look much better!

In the past I have used Ushio 10K DE. I am going to test drive an aftermarket 14K DE. I may be able to figure out it's manufacturer when it arrives.

I run the exact same bulb/ballast as reefnut...mine is very yellow. Doesnt look good at all. I supplement w/ 2x75w vho actinics.

10k Ushio w/actinics too.I had coralife bulbs previously.I liked those too.The coralife bulbs made for a much more colorful setting.

Do the 250 watt hqi's with 20k bulb still look yellow without being supplemented? Do you still get a good growth rate?
