MH what bulbs to use???

So what bulbs are everyone using??? Why the 10K, 14K, or even 20K? Why would I choose one over another? I currently have a 75gal and looking to upgrade lighting and need some help. Thank you in advance.

The higher the Kelvin rating, the more blue the light gets.
10K is anywhere from white to yellowish. 20K is usually very blue.
It seems like most people use 12K-15K lamps. I personally use 14K lamps. I find it to be a nice mix between the white and blue.

reeflux is generally more blue. i have the 12k and its pretty blue, but i like it.
