I have a 125 with a lionfish, 2 puffers, a moray eel, trigger and 2 domino damsels. I have 75lbs of live sand and about 100 or so lbs of live rock. Would it benefit me at all too look into getting MH lighting or would it be worthless since I have pc now

Since half of your fish are not reef safe, I assume you have a fish only tank. Metal halides are not necessary for this type of tank.
