I actually have an extra light cuz my brother was gonna set up a tank as well but ended up backing out. If you want it, it's $15 and I have enough eggcrate for you. It cost $12 at home depot, but you can have it

I agree on what your saying about the electrical tape. I just didn't find any type of black plastic. I'm looking for some. I doubt that the glue from it would impact the tank...hopefully not. It's on the sides as well. I was trying to block off the light from all angle which worked perfectly.

I know....I think I am gonna dump in that shrimp to get that spike...I wanna start putting stuff in. And I can just picture those zoa's in the moonlight tank at strictly, in my tank with my lights on

Try a drug store, but I think you have to ask for it at the

. If you wanted the bigger syringe, they sell them at the LFS usually and some aiptasia products come with it such as joe's juice and aiptasia X.

what section at home depot did you find that light? thanks

and the light too sounds good, does it seem like its enough light for the chamber and doesn't heat up too much? Also can u link me the light just so I can see which it is? Thanks!
P.S which clam do you want from exotic that big one in the coral display in the middle row? if it is it looks nice I saw it wednesday ;P

the light how long have you been using it? Is there good Chaeto growth with it?
And is the 10 watt halogen in the water not too hot? like how much did your water heat up if any? I can't afford an extra degree up lol

It's a 10w and it's not hot at all, unless you tuch it....lol. It doesn't heat up the water much. It's a a steady 80-82. I've been using it since Sunday

It is enough light. Haven't noticed any chaeto growth, too early to tell. Let me get your email and I'll send it over. It's a tiny clam in the back...where all the sps corals are...IT"S MINE!!!!!
