Just have a quick Question about Microbubbles, I just hooked up my protien Skimmer and now I am Getting Alot of microbubbles in my tank, Will these go away in a few days after running the Skimmer??

What kind of skimmer is it? If it is brand new give it about a week or so till it really starts skimming and the bubbles should go away. How long has the tank been set-up for??

Yes, it is normal for a protein skimmer to produce micro bubbles when it is new. Give it at least a week and they should subside.
