micro bubbles in tank

my sump and skimmer set-up seems to cause micro-bubbles. I have just added another baffle to my sump which helps a lot; however it does not get rid of them completely. I am just wondering if this is somthing I need to quit obsessing over.

I voted that they came with the set-up but I'm making modifications to my system currently that will clear the tank of micro-bubbles for good!

I'm putting in something that's basically a baffle into my sumps.
My system is so complicated I could sit here for a while explaining exactly what I'm up to. My sump is on the same level as the tank and my wet/dry is above, if that's perplexing sounding enough.
