micro organs

looking closely at the glass of my tank, i noticed small white organisms on the glass. what are they? how can i get rid of them if i have to?
i have a 75 gal.tank, i also need to know what type of lighting(hallogen) i need to keep anemone? i also plan on keeping live rock and fuji live rock...please advise

The white things are probalby spirobids. Harmless, filter feeders.....good sign, things are well. You might want to invest in a vho system or metal halides.

Don't worry about the white things.
You may also consider power compact lighting. I have them on my 150 and they work great. The price per replacement bulb is much cheaper than halides and they don't generate as much heat.
