Microvert vs. Phtoplex

Does anyone use either or both of these, or some other brand of filter food? I'm wondering what the difference is, and since my refugium's detrivore kit is now producing 'pods like crazy, if its even worth adding?
I add iron, magnesium, strontium, iodine, and Coralvite supplememts once a week, and drip kalk 27/7.

I personally use phytoplex. I'v never used microvert though. I'm also assuming your refering to Kent Marines additives, right? If feeding with just microvert with no problems, then I'd stick with it. If yor looking to switch for what ever reason then I would suggest the phytoplex.

I use the phytoplankton for a couple a doses then use the microvert for a dose and rotate like this. Everything seems to be working fine.
