Milipeed bugs continue to grow....

I have had nitrate problems in my tank .... everthing died
so I am starting over.
I now have a few crabs, snails, LR and LS
BUT the main thing I have are BUGS.....
What the heck are they.
They have survived everything and are multiplying
like rabbits.
What will eat these are are they supposed to be in the tank?
I think they look ugly.
Here is a pic of the bugs, look at the back of the tank in the algea.. they seem to hang out there.
There are also very active

Ok, let me try it again...
See the white critters on the back of the tank.
they are very fast and look at times like they are fighting with one another.....
I dont understand what they are.
I dont understand where they came from.
Will fish eat them, and they will eventually go away?
I think they make the tank look ugly

dont worry about them there just pods.. perfectly normal.. many fish do eat them, all the fish in my tank go around munching on them... they are a good sign to have in ur tank...HTH

a dottyback or a couple shrimp should clean them right up
