Mini Amenomes!!

i just bought the 150 watt clamp on hqi that Perfect Dark suggested. Now my only issue is this. I ordered 2 minis from someone off swfish, and they are coming today in a few hours!! My light is going to be here on thursday, i upgraded shipping. I am going to put the anemones in my dads 75g tank since he has a metal halide fixture on it.
1- there is another anemone in there, this wouldn't be a problem right?
2- as soon as my light comes in, how long should i wait before I transfer the minis?
3- how do i get an anemone out of the tank?

If I were you I would just put the anemone in your tank, as long as the bulbs are coming tomorrow, It shouldn't matter. I don't think It would hurt it too much goung until tomorrow without that lighting.
I think it may be harder on the anemone to let it acclimate to your father's tank just so that It can be stressed and switched once more

Just put them in your display. Your light is coming in tomorrow. They should be fine until them

Agreed, just put them in your tank. You are going to cause more stress and undo damage trying to move them back into your tank.

Agreed... I believe a mini anemone is a mini carpet anemone. Stichodactyla Tapetum. If I am correct with that guess, I am also going to guess you got them from DeMartini....

perfect, i got them from rdannon..they are so small. I kept them in DIY breeder tank I made. It sits in my tank and a magfloat holds it to the glass so they cant get out. I am going to keep them in there until late thursday. I am getting 10-15 pounds of LR that i want to put in before the minis set. I am afraid that after they set, i will never find them! Ill post pics once my brother comes back from his vacation..probably friday i think..

What kind of anemones are they? Do you have pics?

they are so tiny. i will have pictures on friday when my brother comes home from his vacation. they havent opened up yet so i really do not know what kind they are. one looks pink and the other looks greenish. thats just looking at the body.
